How it works

  1. Click a blank on the sheet and type. Tab moves to the next field; Tab on the last price adds a line.
  2. Pick the currency, the document language (one language or bilingual with Arabic) and whether tax is added to prices, included in them or not used.
  3. Download the PDF. Amounts are rounded per line in the currency’s own decimals (three for TND, KWD, BHD and OMR), and Arabic text keeps its joined letters.

What a receipt records

An invoice asks for payment; a receipt confirms it arrived. Fill in who paid, what for and the payment method. If less than the total came in, record the amount received and the receipt shows what is still due.
