How it works

  1. Click a blank on the sheet and type. Tab moves to the next field; Tab on the last price adds a line.
  2. Pick the currency, the document language (one language or bilingual with Arabic) and whether tax is added to prices, included in them or not used.
  3. Download the PDF. Amounts are rounded per line in the currency’s own decimals (three for TND, KWD, BHD and OMR), and Arabic text keeps its joined letters.

Quote or estimate

A quote states a price for a defined job; an estimate is a best guess that may move. Both list the lines, any discount and tax, and the date until which the price stands. When the client agrees, open the Invoice tab and bill the job.
